While a family prepared to cover a 20-year-old Troy man, police and coroners said the death of Sean Creath was an accident.
"No charges will be filed," Police Chief Bill Brown said Wednesday.
Creath died from head injuries Tuesday morning, when the tracks of a moving Bobcat tractor caught his shoe and plucked him underneath the small bulldozer.
"It's just a tragic accident. Tragic, tragic," Madison shire Coroner Steve Nonn said.
The accident occurr before 9 a.m. at Fetter's Landscaping in succession Scherburne Street. Ryan Fetter, the 20-year-old son of the company's proprietor was driving the Bobcat when it lurched forward and caught Creath's shoe
