The Port of Bellingham approved a lease to view Hertz Feb. 4 to build an office and workstudio involved of between 35,000 and 50000 square feet forward the Fairhaven waterfront. The long-term lease is for Fairhaven Office Building and Workstudios, a joint risk between Hertz and Al Jansen operating as westsun LLC Hertz said he and Jansen have been negotiating with the port to disentangle this property for several years.
