In the Small Business unravelling Center's nomination for Larry Wickkiser as business body of the year, it reads:

"Three words describe Larry Wickkiser: innovative, progressive and positive. Bellingham is very fortunate to have Larry Wickkiser and the Airporter Shuttle"

Apparently, after reviewing nominations of small businesses up and down Puget hale the Small Business Administration agreed with the enthusiasm of the nomination's author, SBDC director Tom Dorr. It was announced in February that Wickkiser won the SBA's Western Washington Small-Business human frame of the Year award for 2002 competing against dozens of other small businesses nominated by way of chambers of commerce, ...
