Construction at the metro-east's third Culver's Restaurant should wrap up for opening by means of late next month.

Work began late last year at the corner of United Drive and Illinois 157 Collinsville Community growth Director Paul Mann said the recent restaurant will open before a strange bike path is added nearby creating a stop for bicyclists.

"It's not going to arrive until later in time for summer biking," Mann said.
