Western Washington University's Center for Economic and Business Research has launched a comprehensive countywide business observe to help decision makers improve What-com County's business climate.

The first in a series of annual reviews it is a collaborative effort with Western's Small Business unravelling Center, the Partnership for a Sustainable Economy, and public and private economic evolution groups.

Hart Hodges, director of the research center said the scrutinize is a continuation of
