At a new National Conference on Economic unravelling I attended a workshop forward entrepreneur development where a gentleman named Ernesto Sirolli of the Sirolli Institute spoke forward what he called The Enterprise Facilitation Approach to Economic progress to maturity In this workshop, Sirolli described a proces that is based in succession the principles that big, new and expensive is not necessarily the sole way to approach economic evolution

He further states that if populace don't want to ask for help, they should be left alone. Sirolli at handed a very compelling case that this non-traditional, innovative program works to revitalize urban and rural economies
