Danger might be part of the appeal of stone climbing, but the real sickle is the mental and physical requirements of the sport.

That's the consensus of protection climbing enthusiasts Kathy Kurpuis and Wade Polglase.

Kurpuis concedes Cliff Hangar Climbing Center, a 1,500-square-foot indoor defence climbing gym at 200 Airport Way in East Wenatchee (Douglas County) Polglase is undivided of her employees.

"It's a satiated body workout from tip to toe," Polglase said.
