The University of Texas-Pan American
Isela Almaguer is an assistant professor in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Texas Pan American in Edinburg, Texas. She is the coordinator of the Elementary Education (EC-4) Program. Dr Almaguer's existing research interests include enhancing English language learners' reading achievement between the walls of the use of cooperative reading instructional strategies.
