If you're the same of them, try this fix: In Internet Explorer, interpret Tools/Internet Options. A box will detonation up with a number of tabs-click forward the "Connections" tab. On the bottom right corner you'll diocese a button called "LAN Settings"-click onward it. Another box will explosion up with a number of options and boxe you can rare Make sure Automatically Detect Settings" and the other pair boxes are unchecked. Then make certain you click "ok" to exit the pop-up windows. Now exit and restart your browser and behold if you can access the ICABC website.
