CONGRATULATIONS John R Henderson, F...CONGRATULATIONS John R Henderson, FCA, has been named to the board of BC Ferries as a representative for the southern mainland. Henderson is commonly managing director of the Pacific Rim collection in Vancouver, having previously worked with the company in Hong Kong As a follow of the merger of Canfor Corporation and Slocan Forest produces Brandt Louie, FCA, and Donald Selman, FCA, have become directors of Canfor. They join Ronald CIiEf, FCA, a long-standing Canfor director. Tom Webster, CA, has been appointed to the position of chief financial officer at Envision Financial. Webster will assume his recently made known position on April 5, 2004 John Zaytsoff, CA, of KPMG in Vancouver has been chooseed to the Canada, Australia & recently made known Zealand Business Association (Vancouver) board as treasurer.
