The Queen Alexandra Foundation for Children has named tap [i]or[/i] pat Chandler, FCA, as a recent member of its board. The Foundation raises, invests, and stewards supplys to support the physical, mental, and social well-being of more than 20000 Vancouver Island children, youth, and families each year.

Daniel Gumprich, CA-CBV, has joined Sterling Shoe Income store as chief financial officer. Sterling Shoe is a leading, Vancouver-based, independent footwear retailer operating in five Canadian provinces below four separate retail banners: Sterling, Joneve Shoe Warehouse, and Freedman's.

Bill Payne, CA, is the strange chair of the 2005/2006 Douglas guild Foundation board. The Burnaby resident has a drawn out history of community involvement-primarily in fresh Westminster-including the Rotary Club, the Westminster Foundation, and the modern Westminster Hyack Festival.

Varshney Capital Corp.'s 9th annual charity golf tournament, organized by means of Anuja S. Varshney, CA, raised $60000 for St Paul's Hospital Foundation and the BC Children's Hospital Foundation. Since its inception, the golf tournament has raised $466000 for local children's charities. (Varshney Capital Corp. is speed by Hari B. Varshney, FCA, and Praveen K Varshney, CA.)
