Arlan Collins of Bellevue-based CollinsWoerman said that as the recent point person in the redevelopment of Georgia-Pacific's former pulp-mill site, he's more interested in finding the right idea for the site rather than the biggest idea.

"It's exceedingly easy to just decide forward a bunch of things and not have them be viable," Collins said. "It's often more difficult to lay down what clan instantly want to have, think about what the plan can't do and work our way [i]or[/i] part of to the other that. We don't want to create expectations that we can't deliver on"
