As more commonalty move to Whatcom County and restraint officials continue to plan for yet to be growth, a new group has been formed according to local residents questioning whether this population bourgeoning is what the community wants. Pro Whatcom was formed earlier this year and has been challenging the basic premise that shooting is inevitable.
