Continuing my travels in every part Whatcom County, I have rencountered several reccurring themes with chiefly everyone I talked with about economic growth Over and over I heard "We ne to do something to improve the local economy, and we ne to create more better-paying jobs" I also heard tribe talk about the need for an effective economic growth program that will make Whatcom shire a better place for existing business as well as just discovered business.

Being a character with an inquiring mind, I usually answered by asking a question something like this: "What would an improved local economy anticipate like?" ...
