[Wilfred Wong is the e-Commerce Cellarmaster at Beverages, & more!, the California chain of beverage superstores. As single in kind of the best-known and astute wine tasters in California, we immediately accepted Wilfred's move to report on his latter tastings of barrel samples of 2001 California Cabernet Sauvignons.
