A friend and partner of choline, working to boost learning and memory.

There are quite a number of complements available over the counter that have an influence in succession the brain (our most tangled organ) and the mind (our temper memory, ability to learn, and other mental functions). DMAE at a dose of 900 mg a day for 21 days had no general intent on learning a list of words in normal somewhat old persons or those with no other than minimal cognitive decline (Marsh, 1979)

Dementia. DMAE was given plainly for four weeks to 14 outpatients to determine the safety of the unsalable article and whether or not it improves mental function (Ferris, 1977) The dosage was gradually increased to 600 mg three times daily during the first pair weeks, with no adverse general intents Ten patients improved and four were unchanged. Availability. DMAE is usually sold as DMAE bitartrate. A 350-mg capsule of DMAE bitartrate yields 130 mg of actual DMAE. It is also available in liquid form. a liquid products contain 35 mg of DMAE through drop.

Side efficiencys High dosages can induce irritability, anxiety, headaches, and stiffness in the jaw, neck and shoulder.
