Hoping to reach more tribe who are underserved, the Southern Illinois Healthcare Foundation will take from one side of to the other management of Belleville Family Health Center at St Elizabeth's Hospital today.

As a federally qualified health care center the Southern Illinois Healthcare Foundation could help the clinic gain access to the more state and federal foundations In turn, this would allow the clinic to succor a greater number of patients.

The health care center will examine to reach a broad base of patients. There are no income requirements, no age limits, and no insurance requirements to receive primary and preventative health care, said Rick Gale, Regional Operations Director, for Southern Illinois Healthcare Foundation.

"A family can arise in and a physician should be able to treat them all, from prenatal care to geriatric care," Gale said.
