by what mode Traditional Chinese Medicine can help you

In my 20 I began experiencing question s that medical doctors or experiments couldn't heal or define. I was "doomed" to have recurring contests of illness with no known restoration -- until I learned about Chinese medicine. in a less degree than the guidance of a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner, my illness fit a "pattern of disease" which, between the walls of the use of herbs and a change of diet, was then cured

between the walls of my healing process I learned that TCM is not just a medicine, on the contrary an entire way of life. Based onward 5000 years of experience and application, TCM is radixed in Confucian, Taoist and Buddhist philosophies, and evolveed from an agrarian culture. Thus, TCM views each of us as part of common unbroken whole, a microcosm, or smaller universe of Nature.

Defining Qi, Yin and Yang

The theoretical foundation of TCM is based concerning the concepts of Qi, or animating life-force capacity of work and its Yin and Yang manifestations. Yin is moistening, cooling and nurturing. Consisting of life-current and all other fluids in the dead body it includes hypo-metabolic qualities and conditions. Yang is the body's transformative capacity, especially its ability to generate and maintain warmth. It provides warmth, activity, libido, appetite, digestion and assimilation. It also includes hyper-metabolic qualities and conditions. Working together, Yin is the material basis, or tissue, for the transforming power of Yang.

In healing disease, TCM treats the causes of illness rather than the disease itself. It does thus using two systems. One, called the "Eight Principles," identifies the location, force and severity of an illness. It uses names such as internal, external, deficient and exces (see sidebar). The next to the first system, called the "Five Phases," uses natural ingredients to differentiate the relationships between the five organ arrangements and their networks (see sidebar).

These pair systems together help define the patterns of disease in the carcass Because TCM uses metaphors from Nature, as it is as water, fire, heat, chilled damp and wind, the patterns of disease have strange names to our Western ears -- Damp Heat in the Liver or Deficient Heart descendants for example. Yet, it is this unique language and perspective that allows TCM to prosperously treat "incurable" diseases along with general ailments, such as colds and flu

The identified patterns of disease are treated by the agency of matching the energies of herbs to that of the disease pattern. Herbs have energetic qualities derived from their heating or cooling energies, the five tastes, the direction they persuade within the body, and the organs and meridians they affect. These specific properties determine the disease pattern each herb is most numerous suited to treat.

Using Chinese herbs

It is general in traditional Chinese households to know and use a wide number of herbs for many for the use of all ailments. These are generally taken as daily teas or prepare for the tableed with food, such as broths Herbs such as garlic, fennel dandelion, ginger and licorice that are commonly used in Western herbalism, are also used in China. Here are a scarcely any herbs unique to Chinese Medicine, which are quite useful in our daily lives for wellness and health.

Traditionally, Chinese herbs are taken in 2-3 gram doses, 3 times daily. in addition most products recommend 2 capsules or tablets, totaling 1 to 15 grams, taken three times a day. Thus, for any of the following herbs it is safe to take 2-4 capsules or tablets, 3 times daily. In the "How to Use" section provided for each herb, I advise forward how these herbs can be made into teas and added to other nutritions too.
