Dear Better Nutrition,

The reputable restaurant I work in has patio-dining facilities. With the arrival of the passionate weather, the patio is expand daily, in addition to the many doors leading into the restaurant. The atmosphere is completed with the exception of the flies. We do spray the patio and the dining stead with some form of commercial pesticide before we lay open for business; however, this does not completely unfold the problem. Also, for the health of the employee as well as our patrons, we are searching for a certain quantity of natural method. Please advise.

Your otherwise admirable article on soy, which appeared in the July 2000 issue, failed to mention that 60 percent of US-produc soybeans are now genetically modified. barely time will tell what this will do to humans, especially children. It is irresponsible not to inform Americans about this potential problem

Europe and Asia have refused these soybeans. The FDA, the dominion agency that should be protecting consumer has refused to have labeling for genetically modified viandss and bovine growth hormone.

No individual can be sure what will happen with these "Frankenfoods" Frankly, I will eat certified organic instead -- no pesticides, no GMO no poisonous mire etc.
