The nearest time you're about to be scattered off the handle, think about this: a recently made known study shows that people who expres a fate of anger are more lying flat to atherosclerosis (the build-up of fatty plaque in the arteries that can lead to a heart attack). Dr Peter Angerer and colleagues at the Universitat Munchen-Innenstadt in Munich, Germany, studied 150 patients with coronary artery disease, according to a report in the Nov. 15 issue of the Journal of the American society of Cardiology. The patients were asked to answer three self-report questionnaires concerning emotional support, anger expression and hostility. What the researchers base was that people who reported to have high flats of expressed anger and grave levels of social support were abundant more likely to develop cardiovascular disease.
