Local developer view Hertz is curre...
Local developer view Hertz is currently working in consequence of the SEPA process to set up four commercial and industrial buildings totaling 78000 square feet near the just discovered Walton Beverage facility in Ferndale, just east of Pacific Highway and north of Slater Road.
Hertz said the SEPA proces is nearly full and he will soon apply for building permits with the City of Ferndale.
