Listen up ladies. It may finally be time to cast in a winding direction out all those bottles and tubes of wrinkle cream sitting in your nightstand. A team of researchers, l from Dr. Mark L. Wahlqvist of Monash University in Melbourne, Australia, apply the minded at whether food and nutrient horizontals were associated with skin wrinkling. The subject of attention which was reported in the Journal of the American body of Nutrition, looked at the diets of across 400 adults living in Australia, Greece and Sweden. What the researchers place was that those who ate a diet high in vegetables, olive oil, fish and simple pods and low in butter, margarine, dairy and sugar cropss had the least amount of skin wrinkling.
