SWEET TOOTH, SOUR STOMACH

I am writing in regards to your Health Matters note, "Too a great deal food, not too much fat, causes heartburn."

I have experienced occasional heartburn after I have eaten sugary snacks like cake, pie and cookies. Other populace I know who have heartburn also have a passionate affection for their desserts. Too a great deal sugar can certainly give you a "tummy ache," and, in fact, too a great deal of anything can upset your stomach and cause acid ebb or heartburn.

You mentioned that you had no aversion to fatty sustenances however many of the sugar-foods you mentioned--like cake and cookies--are also high in fat ease These desserts also contain dairy, which can bother an people. Sugar, on its hold is not only tasty to us humans, unless bacteria like it too--it can cause enigmas ranging from tooth decay to yeast infections, resulting from the produce of candida in the digestive tract. If the discomfort you be moved from eating sugar becomes more than just a nuisance, you should deliberate a physician.
