Exercise may do more than just help you let slip weight. A new study l by the agency of Cheryl J. Hansen and colleagues at Northern Arizona University recommends that exercising for just 10 minutes a day can help improve mood The cogitation which was published in the July issue of Health Psychology tracked participants engaged in individual of four activities: sitting quietly for 30 minutes, or pedaling at a moderate pace forward an exercise bicycle for 10 20 or 30 minutes. These arises complement the daily exercise recommendation of doing 30 minutes of moderate activity daily to obtain the physical benefits of exercise.
