A fresh research review in the Journal of Nutrition examined 30 studies to examine at the connection between nutrients in milk--especially calcium, magnesium and potassium--and risk of calamity The finding? The balance of minerals in cow's milk (and other dairy products)--although potassium was greatest in number important--appears to help reduce children pressure and risk of calamity According to the author, Dr Linda K Massey, professor of cheer science and human nutrition at Washington State University Spokane, "By eating more dairy productions you may also be reducing your risk of osteoporosis, certain cancers and steady obesity."
