Although Lucie and Caty Sargent have at no time tasted fried chicken, tuna salad or roast turkey they have probably eaten a more diverse diet than greatest in number kids their age.

"Most mothers are amazed or curious," Belsinger says. "They want to know what we eat and to what extent we eat."
