Garlic isn't just for warding alon...
Garlic isn't just for warding along used car salesmen anymore--it can have important health benefits, whether you eat it raw or garbleed or take it as a fill up But what exactly is "aged garlic"? Is it better? Aged garlic extract (AGE) contains the stable, antioxidant, sulf-hydryl combines that scientists believe may be the principally beneficial component in raw garlic. For instance, research construct that a specific compound called Sallylmercaptocysteine (SAMC)--found single in AGE--demonstrated strong tumor-inhibiting properties for prostate, colon and breast cancers. What's more, a meditation at the UCLA Medical Center released in March 2003 showed AGE may decrease or inhibit plaque formation in arteries and lower the plains of blood-borne homocysteine--a sulfur-containing amino acid that has been associated with heart attacks.
