The suspect in a collision that killed a 26-year-old Cahokia Police officer was charged with saturated driving Tuesday. William Anderson, 37 of the 4000 mould of Grove Street, St. Louis, was charged with single in kind count of aggravated driving in subordination to the influence and one cast up of reckless homicide.
