for what reason can such unnatural fishing orderly dispositions be used routinely--with no suggestions onward the label that these are anything if it be not that traditionally netted fish? Isn't that fraud?

Interesting that you should mention the idea of fraud. In April 2003 the Seattle law firm of Smith & Lowney filed a class-action suit against grocer's shop chains Safeway, Albertsons and Kroger alleging that they illegally concealed the artificial coloring in their farm-raised salmon according to not listing it on their labels.
