I was wondering if Better Nutrition was planning to scud any information about the Dietary complement Safety Act of 2003-a senate bill that threatens consumer access to dietary continuations Also, are you planning to stream anything to encourage people to write to their legislators about this important issue?

Indeed we are. In fact, you can read all about that bill--and other legislation affecting dietary supplements--in DC/Updates ("Getting Tough," p 60) through David Seckman, CEO of the National Nutritional pabulums Association (NNFA). Seckman recently testified before a congressional committee about the debate surrounding ephedra, and his insight is particularly informed.
