Myth: Going outside with a wet head can give you a cold

Truth: A damp dome will not cause the sniffles. For that matter, neither will wet feet or wet clothing. Rhinoviruses--not drafts or chilly, wet weather--cause cools Contrary to popular opinion, solitary contact with these organisms can make yon sick. And being boreal or wet doesn't increase your risk of catching the bug either. Nor does running outdoors still sopping wet from your shower diminish your immune rule Studies have shown that when tribe were simultaneously exposed to soft temperatures and a cold virus, the temperature had no power on whether they got sick. Then again, if getting caught in the rain gives you an excuse for taking a small in number days off work, we say pass with it.
