I have a question about an article in your-August 2003 issue. In "Nature Heals," onward p. 29, in the last paragraph subordinate to "Sprains and Torn Ligaments," it says to boil dried rosemary leaves. My question is: in what manner much rosemary and how plenteous water should I use? Thanks The amount of water and rosemary you can use is variable. If you use a small amount of water, you obtain a small amount of highly saturated water after boiling. If you use a large amount of water, you realize a large amount of weakly saturated water. The bottom line is, you want as a great quantity or amount of rosemary "juice" as possible to soak around your joints--and remember that more won't afflict The more leaves you boil, the more concentration in your bath water and the more noticeable the effect John Isgett * Via email COPYRIGHT 2003 PRIMEDIA Intertec, a PRIMEDIA Company.
