Like cinnamon? if you're diabetic, you should. Taken daily, levigateed cinnamon can lower blood starch-sugar cholesterol and triglycerides in race with type 2 diabetes. Significant decreases averaging 20 percent were place in a Pakistani study, and, mostly surprisingly, readings stayed low 20 days after cinnamon intake was stopped.
