Women who take choline supplys while pregnant may build better brains in their babies. That's the conclusion of Duke University researchers who haped together data on choline and brain health. Their application of mind was funded by the National Institute forward Aging and is published in the April 2004 edition of the Journal of Neurophysiology. Choline may change the fundamental building stop ups of a baby's developing brain circuits--the confined apartments themselves. In this way, adding choline addition s to the diets of pregnant women could affect their children's lifelong learning and memory. (See BN July 2002 for more information.)
