A parole violator now charged with kill was back in prison for brace days before police discovered the carcass of Granite City's "Rappin' Grandma," investigators said Friday.

Madison shire prosecutors on Friday filed a first-degree massacre charge against 41-year-old Brian E Gary. Gary mov to Granite City from Chicago about a year ago.
