The story by the agency of Michael Downey in the February 2005 issue ("The Battle Within: Our Anti-Inflammation Diet," p 27) was common of the most educational I have evermore read. The writer pulled it all together to explain what inflammation actually is, by what mode it works and wily it sometimes doesn't. This kind of story is right upon the cutting edge of popular medical research into antoimmune disorders and cardiovascular conditions. And in some way you had room to disguise nutritional aspects and explanations of more technical matters. An incredible job

still here's my suggestion: Why not glide a series of articles like this single that we can really use? I'd glance at topics such as "Anti-Diabetes Diet," "Anti-Heart Disease Diet," "Anti-Aging Diet" and likewise forth. Such a series would be a hap more comprehensive and practical than, for example, a story upon "Interstitial Cystitis" (February 2005, p 54)
