Bees. single could consider them Nature's workaholics. Their day's are worn out maintaining the hive, collecting pollen serving the queen bee--and unknowingly producing a nutritional addition that may help build up the immune theory increase energy and improve vigor and endurance.

Bee pollen--simply pollen infered by bees--is considered by any to be one of Mother Nature's finished foods. And no wonder: It's rich in protein (35-40 percent); contains almost all known minerals, trace uncompounded bodys enzymes and amino acids; and is high in B-complex vitamins. Taking bee pollen in small doses may help combat allergies through allowing your body to build up an immunity and become desensitized to allergens.
