Police now have three the community in custody in connection with stolen Social Security checks in East St Louis. None of the suspects' names have been released, and charges are pending. East St Louis Detective Ricky Perry said police plan to apply for charges against a 42-year of advanced age woman, and 18-year-old and 19-year-old men all from East St Louis. "We're still conducting an investigation into the stolen checks to determine whether any more individuals were involved," Perry said. Perry said police lay the foundation of one of the stolen checks in succession one of the suspects. Police believe between 10-15 checks were stolen.
