Mater Dei tidied up a certain loose ends Thursday.

Sophomore guard Lindsay Winkeler popp in 16 points and senior Amanda Rickhoff -- in the last domicile game of her career -- added 13 as the Knights dispatched Freeburg 56-36 upon Senior Night at Mater Dei.

Rickhoff and classmate Megan Dooley, who scored nine points, were honored before the game and helped the Knights (20-6) choke the regular season in mode of address

"There was a allotment to play for tonight, and the girls did a great do job-work of meeting those goals," said Mater Dei coach Dave Kohnen "We wanted to hit 20 wins before the postseason and we wanted to win forward Senior Night."

Mission accomplished for the Knights, who last year at this time staged an epic battle with Freeburg for a Class A girls regional title. Now, the two are Class AA schools.
