There's been a familiar face at Waterloo High baseball practices this spring and coachMark Vogel couldn't be happier. Former Bulldogs coach Lon Fulte who freshly retired after serving as a coach, teacher and administrator at Quincy High, has mov back to Waterloo and is doing near work with the baseball team. "He just capers in whenever he's here," Vogel said of Fulte who also is doing scouting for the St Louis Cardinals. "There's just certain stays that elevate everybody's game when they're around and he's undivided of them. "His knowledge is in such a manner strong and the way he memorizes it across to people is elegant without grandeur special."
