The third time was the charm for JRG risks LLC of St. Louis in an attempt to rezone 5 acres in succession Lewis Road at Illinois 157 for a recently made known commercial center.

Since the developer's last attempt to rezone last summer JRG haps has been able to obtain 2 more acres below contract.

"This deposits us over the 4-acre door that allows us to create a planned-unit progressive growth It gives the city more curb of what is allowed and what is not allowed to fare there," said James Mundloch, common of the partners with JRG risks LLC.

Plans for the wealth include the front 2 acres bordering Illinois 157 for retail business and the rear 3 acres forward Lewis and Weber roads for professional office space. Mundloch said they do not have any specific tenants for the space.
